Parties in hot tubs can get wild at times. Different objects that aren't supposed to be in the hot tub can damage, or in some cases, destroy your inflatable hot tub, costing you hundreds of dollars for repair or a replacement. Here are things that are best left outside of your hot tub.

Things to watch out for

Spilling alcoholic drinks or having other chemicals in your tub can damage your water infiltration system, and that could lead to a dirty hot tub. As we all know, nobody wants to jump into a dirty hot tub. It is very important that you always maintain the cleanliness of the water in your tub and take care of its water treatment system as well.Your water infiltration system is already working hard keeping your water clean, so don't give it an even harder time by mixing different liquids with the water.

Also, sharps objects can also tear or poke holes into the exterior of you hot tub, putting you and your unit at risk. Never put objects that are capable of doing this in your hot tub.

Another thing to not have in your inflatable hot tub are pets. It may be very tempting for most pet owners and animals lovers to have their pet join them in the hot tub, but for your safety and their safety, its better to place them outside of the tub. Animals have claws which can tear into the rubber exterior of your unit, which can lead to scratches or holes.
